International President Mark S. Lyon is a member of the Brookfield Lions Club, Connecticut, USA, since 1996. He retired in 2024 after over 40 years in corporate legal administration and financial services. He has served in numerous Lions leadership positions and is a Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow.

First Vice President Dr. Manoj Shah of Nairobi, Kenya, has been a Lion since 1988 and is a charter member of the Nairobi Greater Lions Club. Second Vice President Tony Benbow of South Vermont, Australia, has been a member of the South Vermont Lions Club since 1985. A retired banking operations executive, he has held numerous Lions leadership positions, including international director, club president, district governor and council chairperson. Third International Vice President C. Robert Rettby of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, has been a member of the Neuchâtel Lions Club since 1992. A civil engineer and retired construction executive, he has held numerous Lions leadership positions, including international director, district governor and council chairperson. International Director Nadine Bushell of Trinidad and Tobago has been a member of the Santa Cruz Lions Club since 2019, having first served as a Leo in 1996. She holds degrees in sociology, management and development planning, and has held numerous Lions leadership positions, including council chairperson, district governor and Global Service Team coordinator.

International Director Debbie Dawson of Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, has been a Lion since 1984. She owned and operated a successful real estate brokerage for 28 years and currently works in fundraising and community engagement. International Director Nazmul Haque of Dhaka, Bangladesh, has been a Lion since 1986 and is currently a member of the Dhaka Shamoli Lions Club. With 47 years of business experience, he has held numerous Lions leadership positions, including district governor, multiple district coordinator, GMT area leader and GAT area leader. International Director Kuo-Yung Hsu of Taipei, Taiwan, has been a Lion since 1987 and is a member of the Taipei Chih-Cheng Lions Club. With 39 years of experience in the legal profession, he currently works as a presiding attorney and has held several Lions leadership positions, including zone chairperson, club secretary, treasurer and president. International Director Drazen Melcic of Zagreb, Croatia, has been a Lion since 2000 and is currently a member of the Zagreb Agram Lions Club. With 40 years of manufacturing experience, he serves as general manager of Polycan Aerosols and has held numerous Lions leadership positions, including district governor, GMT coordinator and Europa Forum president. A former U.S. Army military police law enforcement and security officer, he holds a bachelor’s degree in management studies and has held numerous Lions leadership positions, including district governor, council chairperson and diabetes awareness chairperson. International Director Tomoyuki Tanabu of Hachinohe, Aomori, Japan, has been a Lion since 2002 and is a member of the Hachinohe Lions Club. With 28 years of construction industry experience, he serves as representative director and CEO of TanabuGroup Co., Ltd. International Director Gregory “Greg” K. Crapo of Biloxi, Mississippi, USA, has been a member of the Biloxi Lions Club since 1981. International Director Daniel Marney Elkins of Wilmington, Delaware, USA, has been a Lion since 2017 and is a member of the Bellefonte Lions Club.
