International Director Gregory “Greg” K. Crapo of Biloxi, Mississippi, USA, has been a member of the Biloxi Lions Club since 1981. He holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA and serves as executive director of de l’Epee Deaf Center and Secretary of Housing for the Catholic Diocese of Biloxi. International Director Kathleen “Kathy” Dorman of Rutland, Vermont, USA, has been a Lion since 2010 and is a member of the Vergennes Lions Club. A finance professional with 43 years of experience in affordable housing finance, she has held numerous Lions leadership positions, including district governor, GMT and GLT coordinator, and district grant coordinator. International Director Daniel Marney Elkins of Wilmington, Delaware, USA, has been a Lion since 2017 and is a member of the Bellefonte Lions Club. With 20 years of experience in nonprofit administration and community engagement, he serves as executive director of Bellevue Community Center and co-founded DGRS Labs. He has held numerous Lions leadership positions, including district governor and international committee roles.

International Director Phillip Johnson of Colac, Victoria, Australia, has been a Lion since 1987 and is currently a member of the Lions Club of Colac. A retired primary school principal with 40 years of experience in education, he has held numerous Lions leadership positions, including council chairperson, district governor, MD trainer and Global Leadership Team coordinator. International Director Ria W.J. Schutte of Doesburg, the Netherlands, has been a Lion since 1991 and is a member of the Isala Doetinchem Lions Club. International Director S. T. Srinivasan of Tiruchirappalli, India, has been a Lion since 1994 and is currently a member of the Tiruchirappalli Fortune Lions Club. Past International President J. Frank Moore III of Daleville, Alabama, USA, served as International President in 2001–2002. LCIF Trustee Jeff Chang Wei Huang of Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, has been a Lion since 2004 and became charter president of the Guangdong Ciai Lions Club in 2005.
